- Your driver’s license
- A copy of your insurance card. (We accept most major medical insurances. We also offer self-pay rates for those without insurance) If you are unsure, please ask us! We are willing to work with you. regardless of the situation!
You will receive an adjustment on the first day, after a comprehensive history and exam with the Doctor. X-rays may be taken for your benefit to ensure the specificity of the areas being adjusted so you receive the best care possible.
